I lived here as a student at a nearby university and have had very few problems here. Maintenance is usually not slow when repairs need to be made. I recomend living close to the rental office if possible. Parking for visitors can become a problem, as the visitor spots fill up fast. Also, the parking lot is not well plowed right after a snow storm (I just learned this the hard way). Neighbors have been fairly friendly, although I hardly see them. Very diverse community. Windows are old and should be replaced, and the heat can sometimes be fussy. Overall I have enjoyed my time here and would recommend it, especially to students on a tight budget.
