A nice place to live - just make sure you find out about your neighbors first. Safe environment, friendly manager. Buildings are a little old, with some drafty windows, but complexes have lots of closet space. I wouldn't recommend living on Clark Street - try to stay close to the rental office because it looks a lot nicer - grounds farther away from the office tend to not get treated as well. Only 1 laundry machine and dryer per building - so get used to the laundry mat. New carpets were just put in the back hallways. New bathroom and kitchen floors, paint job, and carpet shampoo are done before you move in. Parking can be a problem, since only 1 spot is alloted per apartment. Overall a nice (and inexpensive) place to live.
