I lived here for almost 3 years. It was a very nice experience. Very diverse buildings, they are a little old, windows are a little drafty. Great closet space, nice big eat-in kitchens, and newer floors. They just put new carpets in the hallways. Neighbors can be sort of loud, so if you can get top floor do it. Buildings are 6 families per, and 2 buildings are attached to each other. Parking is 1 space per apt., but visitor spots are available. Close to highway and shopping/restaurants. Parking lot can get a little creepy at night - can be dark and a little dirty (needs to be cleaned/weeded maybe every other month'). Drive by area at night to make sure you are comfortable with the diversity. Overall very nice, just do a thourough check before you move in.
