I lived at Grove Hill Apartments for one complete year from 2001-2002. The manager was nice on most occasions if you were able to find her. Her office hours were cut and made it impossible to have a face-to-face conversation. When I left a message, it would usually take three to four calls before I would receive a response. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment when I first moved in. Appliances were broken and never fixed for the whole year. Thank God I didn?t cook at home. I personally feel that Grove Hill can do better if they tried harder. One recommendation to individuals that are moving out: Use a P. O. Box as a forwarding address to have your security deposit mailed, otherwise they would hand deliver it outside the allotted time legal in the state of Connecticut.
