This is a well maintained building, very quiet, only four floors, thirty nine apartments, afew studio and only one bedroom are available. There is parking only for the tenants, no available space for visitors. This building is not for young people, there are alot of elderly retired people that live here, who don't like noise such as loud music, parties or television any time of the day or night. If you like to be quiet this is the place for you.
