noisy,smelly, cockroaches, makes promises but don't come thru. if you like living in india, pakastan, or muslims city. can't control there tenants. it's all about the all mighty dollar. BEWARE!!!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER A MONTH AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED MHY DEPOSIT. THEY WANT THERE MONEY BEFOE YOU CAN MOVE IN BUT DON'T EXPECT TO RECIEVE YOURS.. THEY KEEP THE LAWN NICE. BUT IT'S LIKE LIVING IN A SEWER. YOU CAN HEAR THE TRAFFIC FROM I95
