Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I have been here for 6 months so far in a 2 bedroom. The maintenance is next to zero. I have made so many requests for the following.
1. No blinds in the bedroom after requesting.
still not done.
2. refrigerator not cleaned when entering.
3. Heating unit not working. Made several requests. Still not done.
4. Buzzer connected to another aprtment. Made request to change - NOT DONE. ALL UPS packages went back saying - owner moved.
5. No follow-up on any matter except the intention to collect the rent.
