I lived here for 3 years, until I moved out of state for work. Ok, so maybe Kenneth Gardens isn't the most luxurious place around, but the apartments are fairly large, the rent fairly low, and I never had any serious problems while I lived there. Once my car was broken into, but thats it. I never had trouble with maintenance, the office, or my neighbors and they were very fair in the return of my deposit.
