I have lived here at KG and I have to say that the management here is AWFUL. The lady in the office, is so rude and unprofessional. She wasn't that nice when we signed our lease, but she smiled and softened a little when it came to us giving our security deposit 1 mo rent 1 mo sec. Then, we signed and she was a B***h from there on. Don't call to complain about noise, she will only ask if you want her "to tell the other tenants to get out" Don't complain about rodents she will accuse you of having brought them or being the "only one to complain" Don't complain about anything or you will be subjected to not getting your security deposit back. *Yeah, they don't tell you that when you sign the lease...The scam is keeping the deposit; If you don't note every little scratch in the paint, every loose hinge, ANYTHING they will say it is your fault and they keep your deposit. KENNETH GARDENS AND THAT B***H MANAGER IN THE ONSITE OFFICE ARE THE WORST COMPANY YOU EVER WANT TO GET INVOLVED WITH...WARNING, DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
By the way, the good side is you have very nice neighbors...that you can hear through the walls as if they were in your apartment NO PRIVACY. I could go on about this place but what's the point, THEY PROBABLY DON'T EVEN READ THE REVIEWS(if they did things would not still be as they were a few years ago and that "thing" in the office would definitely BE GONE!

that is place sucks and i was lived there before about 1997 to 2001 and the repair man gave me (Bleep) Up on heater turn off and on.. make me crazy and i had cold bad time and they didnt get not good repair in the bathroom (Get TIde off on walls) and toliot and water have not enough hot water. SUCK in this place. I never go there again. NO THANKS> SUCKS PLACES I HATE ANY PPL WHO SMELL STINK. I KNOW WHO IS THE LADY AT OFFICE AND SHE WAS VERY B*t*H AND BAD PERSONALLY.. SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT RENT GET LATE.. (BLEEP) HER AND GIVE HER SH**T HEAD!
