I was very pleased during the time that I lived at Kenneth Gardens. Every time I had a problem with my apartment the office was very responsive and the maintenance crew were very diligent and friendly. All of the premises were very well kept and cleaned, and I have to say that for the period that I lived there they made made good improvements to the property. Overall it was a very nice experience.

I know that Cenobia is a bit strict but that is what keeps kenneth gardens running smooth and that is why this place is not the ghetto and its pretty quite...i'm sure people wouldn't want to live and the ghetto and she has def done that. if people really hate her well i obviously see that they are afraid of her since they keep posting anonymously.... My experience at this apartments have been great, i reside at the elmwood gardens apartments and have been there for almost a year, the super is a great person and he is really friendly. no complains here
