Of course you would take up for Cenobia; You work WITH her! I mean, you are not actually offering a relevant "objective" opinion of the way she does business. She is rude, obnoxious, and very nosy. She interferes with the tenants personal lives HINT: That has NOTHING to do with "business" and "timely manners." Furthermore, and to finalize this comment, her complete disposition with other people, is horrible. In this world, there is customers and the owners...You have no business if the customers are not happy. Having said that, I know more than 20 people who have moved from Kenneth Garden Properties due to the excuse my language but -------- that she gives. And you have to deal with her b/c she is the "Property Mgr."

I agree and Brenda, you need to learn how to spell. Your spelling is horendous!!! Did you ever get your diploma or ged?? Any way Cenobia is a bith and the people that run that slum ought to be put in jail for that property. It is a disgrace, and I fel bad for the people who have to live in that dump!!

the employees of kenneth gardens must go for psychiatric evaluation coz they all speak the same language when u go with a problem..."you are the only one who complains about heat/etc.!" i wonder if the landlord is registered in CT..i also wonder if the employees of kenneth gardens are legal..someone should have them investigated!

I don't have any problem with the w/ the leasing office people. However I do strongly agree about the place..It's a very dirty and cockroach infested building. It's not worth the price on how much they charge to live here.

I went to check this place a few years back, and boy was I glad I never rented or put down a deposit. Learn how to not force/intimidate potential renters, you idiots.

WOW!!!! I'M GLAD MY SEARCH FOR APTS LED ME HERE, I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THAT ----- OF A MANAGER, I WAS EVEN SUCKING UP TO HER OUTRIGHT RUDENESS PLEADING HER TO LET ME COME AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND FOR SOME REASON SHE WAS BEING THE ----- THAT I NOW SEE SHE ALWAYS IS.
