I don't know why I didn't look at this place before as for the money it's quite a deal. Utilities the tenant pays for is heat, hot water, and electric. Rent is $700 a month for a 900 sq ft apartment. The rooms are VERY big in the one bedroom apartment which is what I have and even great for a couple. I do kinda mind the carpeted hall ways and stairs as during rainy days or even when it snows it surely will require extensive maintainance. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
