Overcharging I rented for a year and I too felt the management staff was rude and they will do anything to keep all or most of your deposit. I have spoken to other residents that say when they moved out the office hit them with ridiculous fees especially the carpet.

Negligent Between the lack of basic maintenance regarding something as simple as salting and sanding to prevent falling on the walkways, the gutters overflowing into small pools, and the lack of soundproofing, beware!
