Its a terrible place. To begin with, they will give you fake promises, even the new management. They will promise a new, renovated apartment with new carpet, but you will end up in a bad carpeted, broken windows, filthy kitchen and dirty bath-tubs apartment. The winter is bad. Although heating is included, you are limited to 72F. The controller is in the front room and the bedrooms have air-leakage. So they get really cold. They won't attend to it - saying its normal room temperature. They are very rude to talk to. The parking space has become crowded lately, but you usually get a spot. You can hear people talking next door and also music being played in next apartment. I would highly recommend that you pick some other place. Laundry is dirty - but basically because of other people living in the apartment.
