One of the best apartment buildings in Willimantic-- you do pay for that though - These units are very nice. The river view is amazing. Even the smallest apartments are very open with lots of new, efficient windows and high ceilings. The common areas a clean, there is a nice fitness room, game room and laundry room on site. Great deal for the $$ - After reading the other posted reviews I was sceptical to even look at this property, but since they were from years ago i gave it a shot. They are under new management since early 2010. They are offering very reasonable rates with heat and hot water included!
