its okay. Most of the people are pretty friendly.I do have a problem with the girl upstairs that doesnt have any consideration for people when she is having sex making noises at all hours of the night. The people in the office are really nice too.The maintnance people take a long time to fix

Good place to stay for UConn students The apartments look very old, but are reasonably spacious and well-maintained. There is a free bus service to the UConn campus for students and staff if you have a UConn ID. The apartments are within walking distance of the Mall and Grocery store (Big-Y).

People Are Exagerating! This place is not that bad.Its quieter than your typical ghetto neighborhood and people are friendly.You just have to keep way of the typical puertorican drug dealers.I would recomend this place for young singkes but not families unless ur willing to try to become freinds

Thank God the last manager is gone. We finally have someone that gives a damn about this place. Cara was a rude, obnoxious, jerk who tried to play tough. She wouldnt last here one night after dark. Ive been here a while, and although it is housing, it has improved alot in the last year or so.
