Possibly the nicest place to live in the UCONN apartment area. Townhouse style is nice and open especially after a few years of dorm living. The community was very well kept and friendly. Sometimes partys got a little to noisy or crazy but it wasn't every night and usually just on the weekends. The facilitys were very nice with a small gym (bicycle, eliptical, one bench and some freeweights), tennis court and basketball courts. The lighting was nice and I was rarely nervous going outside by myself. Got to know many of the neighbors. The price was high but in comparison to other apartments the higher rent meant a much better atmosphere. Central heating (included in rent) was extremelely nice - water included as well. Overall a very good experience, I feel like a complete idiot for moving the last year.

Hot water, heat and internet are never reliable. Hot water has been something we get 50% of the time (has been 4 months now). People in the office do not return our phone calls when we leave messages (have left 3 messages in the past month). Overpriced. Not reccomended.
