Having been here for a few years now I have seen management come and go. Not much has changed while being here. Some things take longer to get fixed then others but do eventually get fixed. Yes its true there isn't much space for children to play and that bikes are a problem but only because of the safety issue. The manager Doesn't want to see anyone get hurt and some cars have the tendency to fly threw the parking lot. The appliances are older some date back to when the building were built. True curb appeal is lacking but they are in the process of improvements. The problem with that is the people doing the work are unfortunately not doing it correctly. This in the long run will make matters worse rather then better. You are not allowed to have anything on your patio or balcony without managements inspection and approval. the only thing she will allow are a few chairs and a table. Parents do not keep an eye on there children and this tends to cause minor problems. I don't do laundry here as its not cost effective as 1 load of wash requires 2 dryers to dry so will cost you 4.50 per load. cant say I would recommend Deer Park to a friend with children or on a budget
