I have recently moved into Deer Park Apartments and find it quite suitable. Managed by someone that knows the area well, and with the nack for making you feel very comfortable.

There are very strict rules at this complex which makes it nice for all tenants. Manager now lives onsite and will be more available. Calls are returned quickly. Maintance is handled in a reasonable time frame. Most tenants are pleasant and friendly. No wild parties. Students here but not noisey. Laundry rooms need some attention. The complex seems to be safe. I have no complaints.

I strongly recomend this complex to any professional or family looking for reasonable rent, good school system, nice area, not to mention the heat and hot water are included in the rent. Something that is quite rare for a complex to offer.

Landscaping could be a little better but for the most part it is well kept. Grounds are kept clean. Most other apartment complexes have a lot of students. Noise city! Each neighbor here has respect for each other here. Children are well behaved.

Apartments are in real decent condition for the age. Newer appliances and the carpets are in very good condition. Some repairs are still needed to interior but nothing to costly and I am sure that they will be taken care of as soon as possible. I had been looking for an apartment for a long time and I finally came across Deer Park and knew right away that I could be comfortable here.
