Unlike the previous review, I have not had the same results with maintenance. The grounds are not kept well and the new mamagement company does not respond in a timely manner. I have seen the people with dogs cleaning up after them so this is not an issue. Improvements are being done but without notice to the tenants. Painting is being done and paint is getting on personal property. Tenants are not notified. Laundry rooms are still not kept in good condition and machines have not been working for some time.
