We moved recently and couldn't be more pleased with our surroundings. The grounds are well cared for and the buildings are quite. we recommend Deer Park to all Graduates who need a place to live quietly without having to find a place to study will not have to deal with any under-graduate activities rising up all hours of the night.
We have storage , parking and, to our surprise, we came home last week and our balcony was freshly painted like the rest of the building. we love it and recommend it to anyone, family or Grads.

looks like management is trying to create some good buzz, lmao, don't believe it until you see it. rent is now 1050 for a 2 br, it was 875 in 2007, the only update is a huge bucket of white paint and TONS of loud and obnoxious college students and a mangager who never calls back and could care less if the heat you PAY FOR IN YOUR RENT doesn't work for 3 months.
