I've lived in Walden apartments for a year and so now, this is my second year!
Before moving to Walden I was warned that this is no place for serious students but only for crazy ppl that dont want anything but get drunk.
My experience was far different, sure there is a party almost every week end but nothing intolerable ever happened in my building and had no problems with it at all. The manager Nick is awesome, very friendly and helpful. They are very flexible with the lease. I lived in Renwood before I think Walden is an upgrade and is cheaper. Except Woodhaven this is the cheapest option that is also close to campus.
