The atmosphere here is cool because it is mostly UConn students. It is close to campus but far enough away to be quiet except for the occasional weekend party. As far as amenities, there are none really. The buildings are in piss-poor condition and the decor is hideous, but you can make it your own if you try. FPI staff is friendly and helpful but maintenance is average. Parking lots get crowded but you can always find a spot even if you have to make one up. The area is secluded and quiet, and woodsy. As far as apartment living at UConn goes, this place is the norm-- overpriced and poor quality. But I liked it there anyways!
