Woodhaven is managed by the same company as Walden, but is the much quieter of the two. It's still mostly UConn students and it can be somewhat noisy depending on what building you live in. The outside of the buildings and hallways look like they're from the 70s. But inside they are pretty good. My roommate and I were lucky enough to get a top floor corner apartment. Which meant it was slightly bigger (and about $50 more), had a balcony, and was really cheap on heat in the winter (big thanks to our downstairs neighbors). We've had no major problems with our apartment, except for a few issues with Charter. The manager Lynn is great and pretty understanding of college students and their money problems. Although definately more of a college apartment building, a nice place to live and I would definately recommend it if you're looking for an off-campus apartment.
