The rent here is absolutely reasonable, and Lynn, the manager, is fantastic. The maintainence responded immediately to all (2) of my problems (leaking tub-fixed, and leaking tub above me-fixed) the same day that I called. I lived on the 2nd floor my first year and the heating was too bad. Fairly spacious, cleaned before you arrive. Yes, these apartments are old, but everything works and it's a pretty quiet place.
