Great Landlord and Cheap

This is one of the cheapest places around, and its still a great place to live. True, you may have to deal with occasional noise, but overall Its worth it for the price. Lynn, the landlord is the best I've ever seen. She takes care of issues FAST, and is very understanding. She is 50% of why I'm staying here.
