Lived here 2 yrs, loved it, awesome manager nick, pretty good maintenance. Nice pool and reasonably priced. Perfect for college living but thats about it. I had a top floor so never had a problem. Apt was clean and painted b/f moved in. Would highly recommend to jrs or srs.
