we were here for our committment and that was enough.some of the nieghbors were real nice thou,and most of them left as we did when our time was up.very old outdated bathrooms appliances(kitchen) and air cond' very bad ELECTRIC BILLS!!!!.I love animals but way to many dogs and what they leave behind.they do a horable attempt at cleaning up after a storm' snow plowing'when' and they don't even clean off the walkways'no san no salt we had to do it our selves'when you sign up they said no other charges BUT after your in' it's a dif story,you have to pay for the pool key but using the pool is free'water bill' Iv'eever seen a place that charges for water'
and trash.all the hidden fees were out of control.there was a lot of people I wouldn't assoctiate with in that place.you couldn't walk around much for exercise the ground are not well kept up,uneven etc.1 nice thing was the lady in the office Nicky the rest......please save yourself from this place and save your money elsewhere.Oh yeah very non insulated for heat/cooling.
