Of course its expensive. Living in CT is expensive. I researched alot of places before I moved here. Nothing compares. I'm glad of all the fees. No low income B.S. to put up with. No noisy kids at 11 at night. No thump thump of the real intelligent peoples radios rattling my windows. The girls in the office are great. I have a 18 month old son. This is a safe place for him. Lets see......what to do today with him....maybe the indoor pool' Playground' outdoor pool' Take him for a walk down by the river' Fishing' Walk thru the woods' Try doing all that at another complex. Want cheaper rent' Go for it. Put up with all the B.S. that goes with it.
