Reasons why I love River's Bend:

1. In the morning, I get the most amazing sunlight through my doors and windows.
2. At night, I can step outside and it is QUIET. I can look up at the stars and feel safe and comfortable.
3. I'm centrally located to everything I need: groceries, gas, restaurants, airport, highway.
4. I have my own parking spot
5. During the day, I see couples walking hand-in-hand, people with their dogs, moms and dads out with their babies and toddlers, and teenagers playing frisbee. Seriously, I know it sounds ridiculous, but that's really what I see - it's so cute!

Every apartment complex has it's problems. There is ALWAYS going to be the loud neighbor, people who don't pick up after their pets, and sometimes you may have to stay on top of management to get something done, but overall, the place is pretty good. I don't doubt other residents experiences with loud neighbors or teenagers hanging out at night, but I honestly haven't experienced it.

To be fair, we own our unit, and have made many updates (new flooring, new appliances, new air conditioners), so I can see how outdated interiors can be frustrating. But as for the complex as a whole, it's a nice place to live!
