Very beautiful landscape, especially in early spring. The indoor pool is awesome, we often find only the two of us using it. The place is Quite and yet children friendly.
Few things I don't like:
1.The air conditioner. Old and noisy. I'd prefer central air conditioning.
2.The laundry room is often dirty. I guess I should not blame the management for this. I'm not a racist but some tenants from different culture just don't have the habit to clean up after themselves although they are very friendly people.

Besides these, I really enjoy living here.

1. It is a pet friendly community, any time you go to the laundry room you can find hair sticking in all the washing machines. 2. The winter power bills are enormous. The staff doesnt have an idea and arenot sensitive to the tenants. They are not service oriented. 3. It is good to have speed bumps on the road but not lumps or back breakers. 4. Rental rates on any extension is meaningless
