Very bad building contruction, especially in winter, wind can come in from the window. You have to pay about $400 a month for heating bill. The roof was linking from the rain, didn't fix it after a month. I lived here for 2 years, they kept increasing the rent, even though the current rent for new tenants they listed on web are a lower than what I was paying. They are not being flexible at all, most apartments I has lived in offer month to month after 1 year with addtional 50-100 fee per month, here, you have to pay like more than 300 a month. They charge inflated price for shorter leasing team. No flexibility at all. Without mentioning I need to pay $300 at first when I moving in to cover moving expenses for them, which is ridiculous, never had any leasing office like that fee for moving in. They are horrible, don't move in, once you did, they tried to keep you to stay one more year and paying unreasonable inflated market price because they thought most people do not tend to move around with the hassel. I decide to move out this year, they are charing 200 more than new tenants. I am being pissed off. One good thing I can say is that their environment is price, spacious land space, pretty landscape. It is not worth the money, they do not cover any utilities, you have to pay water, trash fee, could you believe it'
