I have lived here for about 4 years now and can say that it is as close to 'private' as you can get for apartment living. First of all, there is no one that lives on top of you or under you. The apartments are ALL side by side, including the townhouse rentals. Parking is plenty with first come first serve. As far as snow removal, they are pretty quick with cleaning up and they do a decent job with getting it done fast. The only singular complaint i have is cosmetic really. I wish the hardwares were more updated. The cabinets and bathrooms look like they're from 1960's....yellow bathroom seriously. And the kitchen sink is horribleeeee. It is divided in half and then on top of that, it is located right smack in the corner of the kitchen, in a real awkward position. Also, I hate hate hate how incredibly small the kitchen is. It's a perfectly square shape and if you stretch your arms out you'd almost touch the ends of the walls! Otherwise, the neighbors are all super friendly and the town is very quiet and upscale. You could practially leave your door wide open with nothing to worry about. I'll miss the safety and charm of this place when I leave.
