Woodbury Gardens was a fairly quiet place to live. However, there were many children running around the grounds unsupervised. Maintenance in the building was next to impossible to attain. Our apartment had a leaky faucet that we had called the office two or three times about. Upon moving out the leaky faucet turned into a running faucet. We also asked for a dead bolt to be installed on the door. This request was done in person, but the work was never completed. Rent was fairly low and the apartments are rather large. The ownership of Woodbury Gardens seems to change every year, which made it next to impossible to get our security deposit back.
