The previous tenant living there was in the apartment for 20 years and so I was assured that the service and maintainance would be good. Great Place, Charming Town - I have lived here for about 4 years now and can say that it is as close to 'private' as you can get for apartment living. Parking Parking is horrible ,you have to many company trucks and cars there, and alot of unresgistered ones also. So that makes it bad to park. also the neighbors are nosey, the mail boxes are broken, any one can get your mail. And the rent is kinda high for what u get.Woodbury Knoll gets 935.

Apts: Keep looking. Townhomes: Not bad Management nickel and dimes at every opportunity. Every few months new fees and charges are introduced.

Great & safe place to live I moved in here last October and trust me I have had no problems whatsoever.The place is absolutely safe and the apartments are so very well maintained.My bathroom setting could give even a five star property a complex.Its absolutely great.
