The Belvedere - OK place to crash. No bugs, no internal noise except the occasional sticky door slam. Got stuck in the elevator once. Really dusty and the paint is about two hundred layers thick on everything. Management really nice and accommodating. ADVICE: be prepared for emergency vehicle noise!!! Even on the M street side.
