Ugh - This place is loud, easily the loudest place I've ever lived. Mass Ave is down the street and the honking can seem interminable. There's also a fire station nearby, and they seem to be pretty busy so expect a lot of sirens. There's public housing across the street and someone there likes to scream a lot. Also, they're doing construction over there now so expect ...Full review of M Street Towers

Nice apartments, clean building, too pricey, bad pet policy - Its a beautifully restored building and the apartments are spacious. Its maintained well. Unfortunately, you can hear neighbors through the walls and in the hall. Pet policy is ridiculous!!!! There is nothing pet friendly about it. Management forgets to mention it to you when they ask if you are bringing a pet. Im sure its in the lease that is about an inch thick. Management staff not exactly ...Full review of Kennedy-Warren

Great place - Don't have any problems with Roaches. They sprayed the building down when I moved in at the end of 2010. However, Silverfish are a problem. Other than that, I like this residence. People are nice, most of the staff are really nice, rent is cheap, and location is great. ...Full review of Barclay/Ravenel Apartments

A decent place to live, like any has it's quirks - I've been at the Saratoga over 2 years now. It's a very pretty building with several amenities, such as a renovated party room, gym, parking, storage etc... The apartments are pretty solidly built and I hear very little noise from other neighbors. Like any building, there are several very sweet, helpful people in the office, and several unpleasant, ...Full review of Saratoga

My Pleasant Life at Gelmarc - I first met Ms. Valdez at the Gelmarc Towers in the winter time. At the time, I was living in Boston and was entertaining the possibility of moving to DC. It was important to me to live in a safe neighborhood and also in an area that had accessibility to entertainment, but not too noisy. Also, I was going to be working in Georgetown and I wanted to be able to walk. Ms. Valdez showed ...Full review of Gelmarc Towers
