Still Roach Hell - We just had some roach control guys come through the building. Admittedly their baits did kill GIANT roaches 2-3 inches long, but we never had those ones come out and do a little show for dinner guests. The little ones just seemed to use the bait as food and exploded... this morning I have killed about 200, and I seem to be doing this on a daily basis. I can't invite friends around ...Full review of Barclay/Ravenel Apartments

Lived Here For Years & Still Love It! - I moved in right after law school and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the building and the staff. I am nice to them so they are nice to me. My neighbors are spoiled and rude so, sadly I am not shocked that they're complaining. ...Full review of Park East

My experience was great !!!! - I moved into Brookland Ridge back in April and I have nothing but good things to say. I love my remodeled apartment, Its very spacious, I have updated everything and I feel safe walking my dog at night, which is not something I can say when I was living in my old complex. I've only had 1 maintenience request and that was due to my lihjt being out in my hallway. Not to mention I ...Full review of The Heights

Poor Pool Management - This is the fifth day this summer that the pool is closed. They did not file the permits, so they just closed the pool, once earlier this past week, and most recently, since Friday. They already owe us at least five pool days at the end of summer, if they get it fixed by tomorrow. Shall we all hold our breath? ...Full review of The Village at McLean Gardens

I don't live there nor would I due to the rude staff. - I called on a couple of occasions to get information on units in the building and all I got in return was rude, snappy, responses and comments. I will take this as an indication of what type of place it REALLY is! ...Full review of Marina View Towers

Very happy here! - I moved into a studio at the Delano a few months ago, and I am very happy with my choice. I wanted someplace quiet but within easy walking distance to most of DC. The management is great, and the security and front desk people are very friendly and helpful. All of my maintenance requests have been completed the day I submitted them, and the building is very clean. I would definitely ...Full review of The Delano

The Belvedere - OK place to crash. No bugs, no internal noise except the occasional sticky door slam. Got stuck in the elevator once. Really dusty and the paint is about two hundred layers thick on everything. Management really nice and accommodating. ADVICE: be prepared for emergency vehicle noise!!! Even on the M street side. Sound machine helps some. ...Full review of Belvedere Apartments

A Good Find - This building was a good find for the location and price. The staff is polite and helpful, but there is no one working after 7 PM or on Sundays. The building is well maintained, although it you are a renter, the maintenance inside your apartment will depend largely on the quality of your landlord. Parking is easy if you can get a space in the lot or the garage, but street parking ...Full review of 2800 Wisconsin Avenue Condominiums

Not a bad place - I felt inclined to write a review since all the reviews on here are over 5 years old ... The Park Terrace is a decent property, a little outdated, but in general decent shape. You can't beat the price for the area and the Adam's Morgan / Columbia Heights area has REALLY improved in the past couple of years, and there is a lot less danger than before. I have walked home at ...Full review of Park Terrace
