Okay management, friendly neighbors. - My experience at Chatham Court has been mostly positive with one rather large exception. I like being close to 18th street, the Harris Teeter and the Safeway, though Columbia is a very loud street and whenever fire trucks pass (somewhat frequently). I miss that place - I used to live at the State House for 3 years and moved out in 2007 due to a job tranfer. The rental prices were amazing. I think that it was the best deal in town in DC Dupont Circle area for a large studio under $1,000 per month including all utilities and 24 hour security.
