I lived here from 1989 to 1998. The only good thing about this place is the location. This building is a roach motel, with very bad management. The AC barely worked. There was drug, prostitution activity in the premises. Imagine it being Sunday night and you have to work on a Monday, and the neighbors are playing salsa, top volume, at 3 AM. This is life at 1500.
