I just moved here to DC for a non-paid internship and lived at 1500 Mass. for two months so far. Compared to the other apts. in NW DC its a great price for an ideal location...safe area...10 min walk near to red,blue, and orange lines, friendly management staff which and very helpful. Also there is a convenient store and dry cleaning store on the premieses located in the basement...and keyless entry...just swipe...the negatives are that it is a roach motel but they offer free bug control once a week and for now the cockroaches have dissapeared...parking is not adequate...open parking area with no closed doors...not secure even though they have parking attendants...also there is no kitchen but just one giant room which includes ur living room and small kitchen with a half fridge/stove/oven/and sink...does offer plenty of space and just got new excellent toilets and shower fixtures. Overall I recommend it to those on a tight budget.
