I agree mostly with what has been said. This building was featured in the Washington Post back in 1989 for its prostitution activity, but I think things have changed for the better now. Still, building is a roach motel; AC does not work well. The management is a feeble crew there, and building manager is related to one of the buildings' owners. If you like peace and quiet, you may want to go elsewhere: the noise, smells, fights may keep you awake many a night.
