It?s not the nicest apartment building, but its a lot cheaper than anything else in the area, so what do you expect--you get what you pay for! That said, the location is excellent, and the staff is usually congenial enough. Unlike the previous reviewers, I lived on the Lobby level, and did not have to deal with noisey neighbors or roaches. There can be a lot of noise from the street however--Mass. Ave. is a major thoroughfare and is only a couple hundred feet from the building. Basically, don?t expect too much, and you?ll be fine.
