on a scale of 0 to 10, itīs an 11 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 1986 - 2003   From maitenance to administrative to managerial, the entire staff is polite, friendly, and accomodating. Though inexpensive, we have state of the art laundry facilities, high tech security, convience of such ammenities as a grocery store, and valet service on the premise. Though urban located, rodents are non existent, and extermination of roaches, if needed, is provided upon request. I have never been denied a maitenence request. The lawn and shrubbery is immaculent. The building and grounds are constantly kept up. Management even provides our lobby with a huge live tree every Xmas. Bowls of candy at the front desk are provied at Halloween
