In January of 1990, I first moved into the 1500 Mass Ave. Apts. It was my pleasure then, as is is now, to meet and know Mr. Mike Early, the manager. During my first stint at 1500 Mass (I moved to the Woodner in 1993)Mr. Early's leadership and progressive approach to upgrading the property and maintaing a safe and heathy living enviroment still proves to be building's greatest asset. Since my return to 1500 Mass in 1994, the laundy room has been upgraded with new machines, the maintence staff is available to tennents seven days a week, the front desk staff is efficent and personable, pest control has consistently improved and recently a new business center was added. Two years ago, I married. My wife and I opted to to stay put. Although, the 1500 Mass Ave Apts. offers many advantages, affordable downtown rents, a great location and several in house amenities, we stayed because we know that Mr. Early shares in our desire to live in comfort.
