A guide to your housing search in D.C.

For those who arrive in D.C. for the first time, the housing issue seems not to be an easy choice. First of all, if you are a student with zero to moderate income, in other words, a few sources of funding, you would need to bargain your expectation with money. Besides, it is very hard to know how to locate yourself in an unknown place as D.C. Second, you are still anticipating somehow somewhere in between convenience and decency of living. You would not simply dump your whole year in a cheap place because your life deserves more than that. Third, once you decide the place you like to equate the place with the synchronized perfect time, I mean, the out-of-work time, because you want a place and time off duty more humane and more relaxing in terms of your ambience. Finally, after you restore your once lost energy and confidence due to the bewieldering housing search and get away with temporary nostalgia for your hometown, you would successfully softland and habituate yourself into a place as this.
Although there also exist the other side of the coin in terms of living as a tenant of 1500 Mass, it will be good to know that you still can benefit from their faithful staffs and services.
