You have to be very careful where you live here. Some people see hardly any roaches, some cannot get rid of them. Its a crap shoot where you end up. Thankfully, I haven't had problems with rats though. The walls are also extremely thin, so who you end up living next to is a crap shoot too--although that's in any place. Other than the endemic pest problem, its a convenient location and the staff is great.
