relatively cheap, great location.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Lots of bugs. Cheap. Kind of looks it. Internet in the lobby is nice. 24 hour desk security. Best location in town - walk to every metro line. Building management is professional, nice folks. Parking costs extra - $130 and still sort of a pain in the ass. Guest parking is non-existant, but who drives to Dupont' No one.
