Not great but convenient location and relatively cheap rent

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
It's close to dupont circle and downtown. I can walk everywhere. Red, Blue, and Organge metro stations are within 10 minutes walk. But the building is really old, does not look nice from outside; then, the rent is not as high as other buildings in the area. The studio is not recommended if you want to cook at home, because the stove and everything is not separated from the living space, unlike studio in many other apartment buildings.
