Not great but good location

Building is a bit tired -- worn carpets in the hallways, and the AC in my studio is marginal. I was promised new carpet would be installed before I moved in, but then they only cleaned the old carpet -- and did a marginal job at that. All that said, the staff is very helpful and the price is a relative bargain for the area (but still a lot!). Not a bad place to camp out during the week, but nothing to impress anyone either.
