Management has strongly responded to pest concerns in the building. They have obtained a respectable extermination company to address the needs. I recommend you visit the property as opposed to making a decision based on these negative postings, which are extremely exaggerated. I am a tenant and I have not had any problems with pests at all. The building is not new, but it is the most affordable place you will find in such a great area with all the utilities included and free wifi on the 1st floor.

How can you say the reviews are exaggerated? Just because you have not experienced extreme pest problems yourself? This is what this website is for, sharing your opinions and experiences. I know 4 people who threw out their brand new mattresses and left the building due to bed bugs, all on different floors. you should feel fortunate to not have had issues and not undermine other people's posts. thank you.
