Negative: If u walk on the hall the carpets are dirty. Last year when i used to go out i see a man cleaning a carpet but now nothing is done. there are lot of mIce (one day i cought 8 mice a day ) There is roches u can't get rid with it. The front desk staff are rude expect one lady. They will be sleepin lisiting to music.it boring but still it their job.I heard that they will renovate the buildin 2 years ago but nothing has been done. when you walk on the hallways its creepy. Its like you are in a horror movie.There are a dim light.If u walk in Staris you have to close ur nose and walk. It smell like a public Restroom.

Positive: The maintaince people are nice. If you have any problem they will come and fix it. The Convince store is nice. the price are resonable.Its in downtwon.There is three metro station near the apartment.

Advice : It ok to live.Don't let them fool you(Don't judge the book from its cover). Hear what they say but Its ur Decesion
