Excellent Apartment Living - Excellent place to live, lock buildings, camera, low crime rate, great community enviornment, plenty of parking space, swimming pool, laundry in every building. This property does not have a rodent problem. This property has regualr pest control service and when the surrounding areas start digging, this property takes the necessary steps to ensure we don't ...Full review of Oxford Manor

Love love park square! - I have a great spacious studio apartment in this building for the past year. The space is great and I love the big closet with built in compartments. The kitchen linoleum seems a bit worn, but that is my only complaint. Everything about living in this building has been great! I have not seen any pests ever since I moved in (rare for a dc building!). The management has been very helpful and ...Full review of Park Square

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE!! - I have been living at the Walbraff Apartments for almost two years now, and I love it! The location is spectacular, and the management is friendly and extremely competent! For the price of the apartment, you cannot find a nicer community. If you have the opportunity to live here, I would not pass it up.

GREAT APT - The staff was awesome. Tina is so nice and helpful. She really made us feel welcome from day one. We were so shocked that during the summer Tina (office manager) threw a cookout for the entre complex in which she cooked everything. Then I was told by other residents, that she had been doing this for many years now. Now that the holiday season has started she did a breakfast and dinner for all ...Full review of Parkway Plaza

The BEST in DC !!!!! - After reading some of the reviews, I had to pipe in. I lived here for a year and not once did I see a roach !!! My job unfortunately transferred me out of the Washington area or I would have stayed. I have since come back to DC, but there wasn't an apartment available at the Promenade at the time and had to settle for a place in Crystal City. The rent at the Promenade is very fair. Great location, very good price for me - As a newcomer to the DC area, Pleasant Hills worked well for me and my roommate--ideal location and the price for the apartment worked nicely with our budget. Quiet overall and plenty of street parking and didn't have to worry about tickets. Close to the Metro Red line and the bus was out front. It worked very well for me when I lived in DC. ...Full review of Pleasant Hills Apartments at Catholic University

Overall, pretty good (and very pretty) - Overall, we've been quite pleased with our apartment. The building and its management company certainly has a few ideosyncracies, but we've been happy with our apartment and expect to stick around a while longer. To start with, the building itself is marvellous. The lobby is really quite something, and doesn't everyone need a fountain with a naked boy holding a fish? - I love the Winston House! $2,300 is NOT the minimum rent. I've lived in 3 different apartments (1 bedrooms) in the same building and never paid over $1,850. It's clean, safe, and the staff are very nice. There are definitely mostly college students in the building, but I've never had any complaints about the noise. The parking garage is WAY too expensive, ...Full review of Winston House

Good price for the area - I've lived in the Olypmia for 4 years now and overall, I've liked living there. But since this is a review, let me go over a couple of things: There have been some issues in terms of the building manager (went from great, to awful, to ok but often absent) and wether they are actually available when you need them, but the main realty company always has someone you can ...Full review of Olympia
