A studio here for $1557? Hell NO! - When I heard 1500 Mass was sold I was curious as to what apartments were going for now, as I lived in that building for nine years. I was shocked to see that the cheapest apartment, 423 square feet was listed for $1557. I now rent a one bedroom condo right across the street at the General Scott (681 sqr feet) for less than that!
